Hunting ground

The hunting area is 488 hectares (1 210 acres) in total, divided into two properties - Lakvik 1:1 and Solvik 1:2. The hunting grounds is approximately 35 km south of Linköping in the municipality of Åtvidaberg. Lakvik and Solvik are only 10 minutes apart by veichle, but have different geographical design. Solvik is characterized by open fields and forests. Lakvik offers a more dramatic nature with rocks, hills and the fjord-like Lakviken. The changing topography of both hunting grounds offers varied hunting. In addition to a large number of hunting passes adapted to different hunting forms, there are also five feeders for wild boar. There are hunting sheds that are heat and sound insulated. All the feeders are illuminated by a green LED light that is digitally adapted to when the sun sets and rises and the time of year. Lakvik offers a wide variety of wildlife. Here there are large flocks of fallow deer moving between the fields and the dense vegetation and the topography holds a large number of wild boars. Solvik traditionally carries a very good roe deer population, where many medal roe deer bucks have been shot over the years. In recent years there are also large populations of fallow deer and wild boar.
