Booking and payment terms

We only accept parties of at least 4 participants. Upon booking, a booking confirmation will be sent within five business days, specified by agreement. Prepayment of 25% of the basic fee per person takes place via invoice or bank transaction. Prepayment is not refundable. Remaining part and other costs, such as trap fees and the remaining part of the basic fee, are paid after Your stay. NOTE! We do not accept cash payment. Payment is made by bank transfer, invoice or swish against receipt. Payment details will be obtained upon booking.

Force major

In case of a pause in the hunt, which is beyond our influence, we reserve the right to discuss moving the stay until another date, with your acceptance. For weather conditions that do not allow for example, dog drive when booked, we return a prepaid fee for this. If extreme weather conditions occur during your stay, which prohibits hunting for a limited period of time, there will not be any deduction of any fee.

Hunting policy

Alcohol & Drugs In case hunting participants appear to be affected by alcohol or drugs during hunting, we reserve the right to cancel the hunt immediately for all hunting participants. In case of repeated offenses, no more hunting opportunities are allowed during the stay. Paid fees are non- refundable. We completely disregard the use of drugs and alcohol when hunting and handling weapons! Hunting and weapon license For guests outside Sweden, a hunting license is required by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (Naturvårdsverket). The presentation of valid hunting licenses and weapons license for your weapons must be displayed before hunting begins. Non-huntable game and unethical hunting All hunting of game that is not allowed to hunt, is strictly prohibited. Each guest have to learn which game is allowed to hunt before the stay. A fee of 5,000 SEK will be charged if unauthorized hunting is performed or if the hunting is performed in an unethical manner. Visibility When hunting under our direction, highly visible colored hat, clothes or similar are mandatory. This is to minimize the risk of fatal accidents between passers and increase safety at drive hunt.
